MD Biomarkers Database and Visualization: The biomarker home page includes the purpose and reasoning of this website, and contact information for contribution to this resource or ideas for further development. We aim to provide easy access to cumulative knowledge in biomarkers for specific muscular dystrophies. The initial focus is on Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) although other muscular dystrophies will be added in the future. This is a freely available database which includes evidence from blood serum and muscle tissue biomarkers.
Biomarker Data Curation Pipeline and Bibliography: Contains some relevant details for each study we include on our app and website, and pipelines of data preprocessing. It also list of the tools used to conduct the analysis.
